• Digital strategy consulting
• Website maintenance and support
• Custom software development

All services are provided subject to these terms and any specific project agreements we may enter into.

Consultation & Quote

All projects begin with a consultation to understand your requirements. We'll provide a detailed quote outlining scope, timeline, and costs.

Project Agreement

Once you accept our quote, we'll provide a formal project agreement detailing deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Development Process

We follow an iterative development process with regular updates and opportunities for feedback throughout the project.

• A deposit is typically required before work begins
• Payment schedules will be outlined in project agreements
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified

Client Content

You retain ownership of all content, images, and materials you provide. You grant us permission to use these materials for the duration of the project.

Developed Work

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, methodologies, and non-proprietary code in future projects.

Third-Party Assets

Some projects may incorporate third-party libraries, frameworks, or assets. These remain subject to their respective licenses.

To ensure project success, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Supplying necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Providing feedback within agreed timeframes
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensuring they have rights to all materials provided

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work at no additional cost for a period of 30 days after project completion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

• Payment is due for all work completed to the termination date
• You receive all work completed to that point
• We retain the right to showcase work completed in our portfolio

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
